Right now, if an employee selects multiple days through the Calendar View on the Mobile App, it generates the requests as 1 request. If any of the days do not pass validation, it recommends that the request be rejected. Unless an Administrator is carefully looking, the request would be rejected even though most of the days in the request would pass validation. Either provide a setting to disable the multi-selection tool through the mobile app or give the Schedulers an easier way to identify multi-day selections and approve part of those selections.
