When staff navigate to WorkLoud.com and click on the customer log in option and then click on company log in, it appears to be the correct way to log in. Staff are not aware that the WI DOC has a specific URL for logging in. They enter WIDOC in the company name box and get a error message stating the company does not exist. They then submit a issue ticket with our technology department or with WorkLoud.
Suggestion: When individuals select the customer log in option on your website, have a menu option, drop down option, etc. appear that forces the individual to select the company they work for. After they select the company, redirect them to the correct URL for that company so they are able to log in.
