Error Message when accessing Application
RESOLVED - Unable to use Workloud. We are aware of a 503 error message when accessing Workloud. Our R&D and infrastructure teams fixed the issue. If you experience any issues please submit a ticket.
Schedule Generation - Status
We have a known issue that was introduced recently. Schedule generation status bar is currently not updating properly.
Generation works without issue. So please use the Close button from the status window, and generation will run to completion, even though the status does not update.
Next Steps: R&D is currently working on an update to the schedule generation progress bar to fix this issue.
