Employees can view their schedule, which includes their assignments, days off (RDOs) and leaves, via the Employee Calendar.
This article will walk through the steps to access and interpret an Employee Calendar via Web Application Employee Self-Service.
1) Click on the Scheduling icon from the navigation menu, then select Employee Calendar option in the Schedule section.
2) A calendar view of the employee's schedule should be displayed with the assignments, RDOs, and leaves.
Note: Use the left and right arrows to view the schedule for different months.
3) To view details of a specific assignment, click on the assignment and select More Information.
4) To view a Week or Day instead of a Month at a time, press the Week or Day button in the top right corner, respectively.
