Access to Organizational Support Tickets

This article outlines the steps necessary to view all Support tickets opened by all members of ones Organization. 

1. Go to https://support.workloud.com/hc/en-us

2. Go to Sign in and Create an Account (this is a support username and password and is different from your Workloud credential) if you don’t already have one.

3. Login and Go to My activities

4. Select Organizational requests
