Job Bidding: Sign Up for a Base Schedule on Behalf of an Employee
This article will walk the user through signing up for a posted base schedule on behalf of any employee.
1) Click on the Administration icon from the navigation menu, then select Job Bidding option in the Employee Management section.
2) From the Job Bidding drop down, select the desired employee for which the posted base schedules will be selected.
3) click the desired Base Schedule Post under the Available Periods.
4) From the Base Schedule Openings, select the desired base schedules for the employee. Rank the base schedules in the order of preference by using up and down arrows.
Note: Click on Details button to view more detailed information for each base schedule if necessary.
5) Press the Save button.
