Unassign an Employee from a Base Schedule

The user can unassign an employee from a base schedule as necessary. The base schedule can be unassigned in two ways: remove the base schedule or set a valid to date for the base schedule.

1) Click on the Administration icon from the navigation menu, then select Base Schedule Management option in the Employee Management section.

2) Then click on the Base Schedule Assignments tab.

3) Select the desired employee from the Employees panel.

4) Click on the arrow next to the assigned Base Schedule.

  • To remove the Base Schedule, click on the Delete button.

  • To end the validity date for the Base Schedule, click on Edit button and set the new To date.

5) Press the green Check button.

6) Click on Save.
